About Victoria

Victoria is a Manager within our client experience department. As part of her role Victoria is responsible for ensuring fair and positive outcomes are achieved for both our customers and our clients, whilst ensuring that regulatory obligations are also adhered to.

Prior to joining Equivo, Victoria worked for Shoosmiths, having joined them back in 2010. During her time with Shoosmiths, Victoria progressed to be an Senior Manager, managing a large team dealing with a variety of different debt types and clients.

Victoria has experience in dealing with both unregulated and CCA regulated recoveries. This work involves all aspects of recovery action, from the initial pre-legal stages of an account, through to litigation and enforcement. Victoria also deals with non-standard, complex matters.
