Amber works within the property enforcement team having responsibility for oversight of Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery (CRAR) and lease forfeiture actions.
With over a decade of specialist experience in the enforcement sector and considerable expertise in High Court Enforcement, Amber also oversees property cases involving possession claims, residential evictions and removal of trespassers.
Amber has extensive practical experience in drafting legal applications and supporting documents such as third party claims, GDPR claims and instructing third-party stakeholders. Amber holds a CICM Level 2 Award in Taking Control of Goods.
