Rudy is a Learning and Development specialist, previously working for Shoosmiths for 20 years. Appointed to implement the firm wide learning and development strategy and to act as a business partner with the HR Managers and stakeholders within Shoosmiths, provide leadership capability, development program, targeted at improving business outcomes.
Before joining Equivo, Rudy worked for Shoosmiths for 20 years, providing Business skills and Business systems support to all areas of the business, including Diversity and Inclusivity training.
With a passion for personal, people, and organisational development and training led Rudy to develop his coaching skills to focus on what he could do to help train teams to become more effective and successful.
Rudy takes pride in delivering high quality onboarding, compliance and upskilling training and development programmes.
Rudy is a certified counsellor and an associated member of the CIPD.
