Jade is the Team Leader for the Quality Assurance Team (QAT). QAT are responsible for the monitoring of FCA requirements within Equivo, whilst also assisting clients with management information.

Prior to transferring to Equivo, Jade worked for Shoosmiths joining the firm in 2008. During this time, she had primary responsibility for undertaking collections activity and litigation work.

In 2016 Jade internally transferred to the QAT where she worked as an assessor until 2019 when she was then promoted to QA Team Leader and holds this position today.
