Dionne is the Team Leader for the Customer Relations Team and is responsible for the management of complaints received in our FCA regulated teams. Dionne ensures the firm comply with their regulatory requirements when responding to complaints and liaises with clients, senior management and external bodies providing Management Information.
Before joining Equivo, Dionne worked for Shoosmiths for 13 Years, joining the firm in 2007. Dionne is experienced in unsecured recoveries having worked in this sector for 10 years working in customer facing teams and becoming the first trainer for the department whilst also overseeing complaints.
Dionne was promoted in 2018 to Customer Relations Team Leader which saw the creation of the Customer Relations Team and the management of complaints centralised. Dionne prides herself in balancing the needs of our clients, whilst also treating customers fairly and achieving fair outcomes. Dionne is enjoying the challenge of navigating the firm to achieve fair and impartial solutions to customer complaints.
