Amanda is a Principal Associate in the Asset Based Lending team at Equivo. She is responsible for managing the Defended Asset Based Lending team at Equivo, supervising a team of paralegals. Having 17 years experience in the Asset Based Lending world, Amanda offers a wealth of experience in all aspects of recoveries litigation, third party claims, fraud, title disputes and general debt recovery.

Having qualified in 2005, Amanda spent her career at two major city law firms gaining experience in general debt recovery and later specialising in the asset based lending sector.

Amanda has worked on some very high value claims recovering equipment and money for clients where the prospects of success was slim. She also have a huge amount of experience working on title disputes and fraudulent cases.
